"Awful customer service"

I booked an e-ticket online and my account was debited twice. I have been calling Air India London office for two days but nobody is receiving the phone. Once someone received and didn't say anything. To get these numbers of local office - i called multiple other customer service numbers. I also told them that nobody receives the phone. But everybody said that they can't do anything. These are list of numbers I had to call -
