"Erratic!"

Erratic in service. Used Balham and Battersea. I've recieved the best and worst and worst cut I've EVER had, had the colour treatment from hell (and had to push to get it sorted) and been charged widely different prices for the same hair service despite the "transparent" price lists.

Th one constant I have experienced has gone. Cyndia! Hair was always cut and coloured top notch. How can the trainee be more consistent, knowledgeable and skilled than some senior stylists. Personally I continue cuz it's hard to find a great hairdresser/salon but when I do I'm out.

Complacency=lost custom. No good in the credit cruch.

Tip to hype: Consistent high standards, prices & customer care keeps custom..
