"CAB is brilliant if you treat them right"

I have found them very helpful, yes you have to queue up and wait your turn, are these people so busy they cannot sit for an hour patiently.

Do they do anything voluntarily to help their community or is it all take and grumble. They should think themselves lucky the system is there and people are willing to give up their time..
