A review of The Pavilion by Robin written on Friday 4th of September 2009
A great night out on a Friday when rock'n'roll is usually played live and the place is full of people dancing, real Battersea Teds and Rockers, and yet the atmosphere is completely friendly. The decor is untouched probably since the 60's or 70's and long may it remain so. In this time of boring family gastro pubs it is a breath of stale air (!) to find such a gem of a REAL pub in Battersea. Check out the old photos of the original Battersea biker gangs on the walls. Highly recommended!.
