•ciao Riccardo - I had the same problem - u need to visit this link http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/forms/2005/ca3916.pdf the ca3916 is the form that u need for request e301 I am dealing with your same problem - good luck the phone number HM from abroad 004419122 (myself I tryedplenty of times so far no answer) good luck - send me an email if u need help with e301.
