"DONT TAKE THE RISK...TERRIBLE SERVICE!"

My first photo shoot was on 1st August 2009 and I was extremely pleased with the whole arrangement for the day. I thought that all staff in particular the make-up artist, photographer and viewer were exceptionally welcoming and courteous and they had all performed their tasks brilliantly. I was hugely impressed by the whole experience and was encouraging lots of friends to consider the same.

However I had a completely different experience at my second photo shoot on 15th August 2009. It began with a warm welcome from the reception staff and superb work done by the makeup artist but it was from this point onwards that things turned sour.

The photographer had a very threatening attitude and was simply rude in her approach. She continuously complained that she was running behind, which was of no fault of mine as I had arrived perfectly on time. In addition, despite requesting to do the photo shoot in five outfits, she only allowed for three changes as she didn’t have the time. I accepted all this but didn’t feel comfortable throughout the whole photo shoot, as she rushed me through the various poses without any encouragement or guidance. This was a huge contrast to my first photo shoot. It ended with me changing into my last outfit (an Asian attire), which took less than five minutes to change into but regardless of all my efforts to be cooperative, she rudely called out Gosh you took your time! I was just about go home! I have to admit I was relieved the photo shoot was over after this.

Unfortunately for me, things didn’t get any better. I waited patiently for an hour and a half and had completed the form recommending 100 friends to this studio. I finally met my viewer and was taken into the viewing gallery. I was shown the slideshow once but when requesting to view the images I was considering to print, the viewer told me that she was on a tight schedule and only had a limited time with me. In addition, she wasn’t very keen to offer a good price for the montages I liked, even though I stated that I had attended two weeks earlier and was offered a montage for free. She made the decision then to give me the contact sheet for free. She was very stubborn and was eager that I make my photo choices quickly and leave. Having done so including making the appropriate payments she surprisingly exclaimed Great! I can go home now! This only added to my fury, as I felt overall that this experience was extremely rushed and both the photographer and viewer were hugely disrespectful.

Im confused how my first experience was far more enjoyable despite being a cheaper package. I had previously recommended a large number of my friends about this company and the work involved however since my most recent experience, I choose to do otherwise. Something which is supposedly considered a unique lifetime experience was proved to be rather unpleasant. I have no objection with paying extra for such a service but when treated so dismissively, it doesn’t seem worth the £250!

I suggest that you consider some of their staff members have training in customer service, as I can assure you that this will clearly jeopardise your business.
