"Convenient door-to-door service"

I use Ifex very often because I like the convenience of their door-to-door service. The lady who deals with queries is a pleasure to talk to. She is always helpful, informative and polite. The gentlemen who provide the pick up serve are also very polite and apologetic when they arrive late.

The only difficulty I've experienced is that sometimes the items arrive in Nigeria much later that the estimated delivery date but this is outside the control of Ifex UK. If you need to send things to Nigeria and want them to arrive by a certain date, this is something you should bear in mind.

Overall, I find their services are good value for money, the door-to-door service is convenient and I can't fault the service I get from them..
