"Nightmare appointments"

Iv been with this surgery for over 4 years now and yet whenever i ring to make an appointment for my little daughter i seem to have to wait atleast a week before she is seen.

appaling waiting times even for young children.

if no appointment avalibe you can have a call back from a docter (how they diagnose over the phone is beyond me)

although i admit two of the docters here are very nice and kind, there is one in particular to whom u are just an appointment to be delt with asap.

Also because my family and i were travling during the time the nurse was on holiday we were refferd to a private travel clinic for our immunistaions costing £15pp for a consultation and more per imunistaion....even for those who should have been able to get it free on the NHS. will be changing surgerys. .
