"A waste of hard earned money"

My boyfriend booked tickets to see we will rock you 4 my birthday, wanted to go 4 a long time and was so excited. After gettin on the tube at gants hill we went 1 stop to redbridge and was told that someone had jumped on the track at mile end. We couldnt get there, i was gutted,

After makin endless phone calls and sendin 2 letters to the theatre askin if they would re-issue us with new tickets, i had no reply.

The theatre says no exchange or refund on tickets, but surely if somebody cant make it through no fault of their own, they could offer discounted tickets or at least some sort of a reply to the letter.

Have totally been put off goin there, dont want to give my money to a place that doesnt offer no customer service at all.

If your thinkin of bookin tickets make sure you have an alternative way to get there incase ur first route doesnt work out, otherwise u'll be in the exact same situation as me. £120 down..
