"Bad weather has disconnected phone lines"

I finally managed to get through to the Hounslow office!!.. and basically told that I am actually going to be very sorry about travelling with Air India, especially with the amount of complaints there were on the website about. Hey, did she apologies about their services??.. Nope!!

She just gave me the ticket Hotline at Heathrow!! so if this helps here ther number guys: 0208 745 1108.

Oh by the way that 0208 5609996 number has been disconnected due to the bad weater in mumbai!!.. yes the crapy call centre is in India. Has anyone seen Mumbai Calling - the comedy series about the call centre in India... well its not far off in reality.
