"Nice and Friendly Staff"

I called Indra Travel to check out some ticket prices to India. The sales person was very polite and friendly and seem to mhave a good knowledge of travel.Customer Care had never been such a wonderful experience for me until I spoke to their travel consultant. Whenever I call any other company it takes me ages to get through, but getting through to Indratravel was so simple. And then when I spoke to the Travel Consultant, she was more than generous in giving me the right answers without confusing me.

And then I noticed I was charged extra on my travel. But before I could realize that something had to be done, I got a call from her saying it was a mistake and the necessary reversals would be done. Indra travel is lucky to have people like them and I can say that they definately try customers, who I will be recommending.and look after their customers.When I called back, they recognized my name immediately. I hope this company, keep up the good work for all their future
