"Forget this airline if you have ANY ? or problems"

My daughter flew to Brazil and needed to change her flight home. TAP doesn't give any local UK numbers and so ANY questions or changes are routed to a call centre via a premium rate 0845 phone number. After holding for 25 minutes on THREE different occasions, which was expensive for me but imagine the cost for a traveler using a mobile who needed to make a change.
