Opening Times:

Just tried the website - no luck.

Tried the phone number - the automated system (although it nearly gave me my own postcode as an example) did not recognise my postcode, tried six times before putting me through to an operator who then took over 20 rings to answer.

Told operator of my difficulties (nicely) - he laughed.

After 20 mins I actually got told the opening hours for Kings Lynn - Mon-Fri 9-8, Sat 9-6, Sun 10.30-4.30 pm for those who cant be bothered with the hassle!!

Oh dear 0/10 for customer service, Matalan..
