"Never Answer the phone!!!"

I have been calling the Court telephone number for days....it's either engaged, or when you think someone's answered it has a hold tone which is so very annoying.... and no one ever gets to the phone so your WASTING MONEY.... HOW INCONSIDERABLE!!.

They need to do something about this..
