Just returned from a 2 week holiday in Florida ( June 09) and I have to say that everything went perfectly. Booked through holiday genie in January received a copy of the invoice via email straight away from flying eagles. Had to pay for the flights upfront then final invoice aboout 6 weeks before departure. received the e-tickets a couple of weeks later. called flying eagles a couple of times as I never used e tickets before and was a little concerned about them. Customer services where great. Always available and called me back when necessary. Virgin flights where great,hotel was perfect ( 2 bed,2 bath apartment) Car voucher works fine. No problems at all . Very happy customer. .
