Congratulations to Judge Gledhill on his outstanding decision regarding the australian graffiti vandals,

as a victim of assault whilst trying to stop vandals tagging the train I was driving I really wish this sort of justice would be dealt here in Melbourne I made no physical contact with them just told them to clear off and recieved a rock and foul language for my trouble

Unfortunately these type of vandals are considered victims of society here and crime victims are considerd to have simply experienced bad luck.
