"TELEPHONE CALLS"

I have just been charged 50p + VAT for telephoning for my Blood Results on 11th June at 3.42. I waited 9 minutes and NOBODY PICKED UP THE PHONE. I resent paying this money just to listen to recorded messages and feel this practice should be changed. I tried to submit a complaint online today but the LINK for doing same is BROKEN. I am not happy at all when often experiencing similar problems trying to make an appointment on previous occassions.
