"A message from Samrat Tandoori"

Thank-you for all of the reviews, good and bad. However, I doubt the truth & validity of the two negative reviews that were both placed on the same date of 4th July 2008.

In reply to points made:

Samrat Tandoori was established in 1997 and we have had our current Head Chef for 8 years. Last year; from October, we introduced a new menu with the addition of regional classical dishes alongside the traditional curry house favourites. This has been met with good and encouraging reaction.

As to the departure of the "head waiter", an establishment is run on a team. Team members change but we endeavour to keep our brilliant and friendly service, to which we are always complimented upon.

We are also in thoughts of redesigning/renovating the restaurant to improve the atmosphere.

We would advise customers to try Samrat and make their own experiences while also reading these supplementary critiques.
