"Cafe assistance at Eltham branch"

Thursday 11.06.09 whilst having coffee in your ELTHAM branch I noticed a lady enter the cafe on a mobility scooter. She was accompanied by a cafe staff member who escorted her to a seat,assisted her from scooter to her seat, then took and returned with her refreshment. I assume the customer experienced the same polite helpful attention on leaving, we had left by then.

It was a pleasure to see such attention from staff and I hope this can be brought to their notice.
