"What do you know about Indian Food?"

I read Andy's review and feel that someone needs to set things straight.

The food at Hatch End tandoori is authentic, and those who don't recognise this need to visit the regions of India. It isn't trying to just give you a curry to satiate the english palate, but show you food that is truly regional. This is why a curry from different restaurants, though may go by the same name is different every time.

As for the decor, I have never seen the place dirty and I live round the corner and eat their regularly.

the service is fantastic, the guys serve you with enthusiasm and are exceptionally polite and friendly.

As an Indian and someone who generally likes to cook her own curries, I enthusiastically call the guys up to order a take away whn i'm tired and just want a home cooked comforting meal...I know that they will deliver on taste and go out of their way to cook it just the way i like it..with additions as well as how hot I would enjoy it.
