Holloway Cycles aren't big discounters, they don't have massive sales, they don't have big flashy signs and they don't have neon clad sales staff.

What Holloway Cycles are seriously good at, is thoroughly decent customer service. I have found them to be completely impartial and very very good at listening to my needs and recommending just the right product. They never try to steer toward a more expensive option.

I have always found the staff to be in good cheer and enthusiastic to help and possibly most importantly, they don't make you feel rushed or like you should be buying something at the end of the conversation. They set a stirling example of what good customer service should entail.

The fact that they don't throw all sorts of gimmicks at me and don't push for sales has lead me to buy from them twice now, with my confidence in them just increasing everytime I use them.

I would encourage people to support this shop..
