"People at reception are rude"

Hi i am a patient of Dr Garcha. There is no doubt about that the doctor is really good and very polite and the best at his job but the people sitting at reception are so Rude & Deaf. Either they don't hear or they will talk in such a way that you owe them some money or they are least bothred. when ever you call them they never have appointment for you if they have it will be 1 week or 1 1/2 week later. if you say you want to speak to the doctor they never convey the message. i don't know what to do with such kind of people. .
