"Pretty bad"

Although I've been to Visage several times before, the last time I went is probably the last time I will ever go!

Although they washed my hair nicely, it took them ages to assign someone to me, leaving me to sit around with my hair soaking wet.

When someone did appear, they started blow-drying my hair which is not what I wanted at all. They stopped after I said this and went away.

Twenty minutes later (after no-one said a word to me), a women came along and started to do my hair.

But she did it way too quick and in the end it didn't look much different or nicer and considering I booked the appointment well in advance, even for a cheap £25, it just wasn't worth it..
