"This practice is totally overloaded!"

A review of Morum House Medical Centre (The Staunton Group Practice) by Frustrated patient written on Wednesday 15th of April 2009

This practice clearly has far too many patients on it's books - its almost impossible to get an appointment with your own GP and arranging any kind of routine health screening requires a day off work while you wait for hours to see a nurse - wish I could afford to go private!

If you need a repeat prescription make sure you do this by post and enclose an SAE - email requests get lost in the chaotic mountain of prescriptions awaiting collection - you'll be lucky to get yours at all this way..
