"Customer service"

A review of Air China by Foster Archer written on Thursday 26th of March 2009

I find it impossible to speak to anybody at Air China,I have telephoned on a number of occasions and the line either goes dead,or i am told there is nobody to answer my query and that you cannot leave a message.

I suggest that this is not good customer service..
