A review of The Dutch House by 1 un happy customer written on Monday 23rd of March 2009
I went with my partner and three children to the dutch house for a mothers day meal,all we got was bad service and rude staff,we waited 45 minutes to be given a table we then waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food to arrive at this point all the children were bored hungry and not happy which ruined our family day,when the food came they had messed up the order and brought the wrong food,when i asked the waitress to take all the food back and bring it all out together when the whole order was right so we could all eat together not half of us eat why the other half waited she was rude and argumentive and walked away leaving us all with no food or any answers,the manager then came over and was as rude as the waitress and said she was understaffed and stressed like it was my problem she then stormed off aswell,we then spoke to a 3rd member of staff who was a manager who was rude,did not let us speak kept talking over us and would not say sorry for anythink that had gone wrong in her pub,we were not the only people in there that day 2 leave unhappy.for mothers day they had 3 members of staff 2 which were managers and they could not keep up with any orders we paid for our drinks and left not having had any of our order,i would never go there again,this is a pub what cannot even manage 2 microwave there own pub food..
