"Unacceptable service"

I am sorry to say that we got was not what I expected and actually it was completely unacceptable. I had to wait approx. twenty minutes before I got my Cappuccino. The person who served me the Cappuccino threw it on to our table so hard it spilled all over the saucer, the sugar was also thrown so hard on the table that it spilled out of the bowl. When I asked to speak to the manager, I found out that it was the same person who threw the coffee and sugar on to my table, I could not believe this. His excuse was that he was very busy. I want to state that at this point he had been so rude, aggressive and abrupt with his tone of voice, actually I was quite taken back by his reaction. After the Manager realized his mistake and how rude he had been, he apologized and offered the drinks complementary but my coffee it was disgusting. By this point I have given up on my drink and the service and decided to leave. As we exit the premises, I wrote down the contact details of the place and the manager came after us and told us shouting that “if I want complain about this he is going to make me pay for the drinks!” As we exit again he shouts across the premises to us “my name is Luka, make sure you get it right, go and complain if you must, write to the press if you want to, see if I care!” As you will agree with me this really is no way to treat a customer. .
