I purchased 6 tickets for a family visit 2 summers ago and everything was pretty smooth. Decided to give them another go but this time the experience was pretty bad. Guy i spoke to seemed fed up and wasnt very happy at giving advice and prices. I felt i was being a burden to him.. decide to go elsewhere..
