"Great prices, less good customer service"

Good for cheap photocopying, not so good for anything more complicated. I approached CLP to get a booklet printed, and was quoted very reasonable rates. However, they were very rude to me when I turned up with the files I wanted printing, as they were not in the format they were expecting (not that they'd asked for a particular format). The member of staff I spoke to seemed so stressed and angry at the idea of having to slightly reformat a Word document that I left him to it and took my business somewhere else..
