James Selby - what can I say? Like the fact that it is more of a local shop. But they really need to drag themselves up to date. Bought some perfume for a friend. Next day took it back to exchange it, as they didn't want it. Went to perfume counter and told lady I wanted to exchange it. She told me the perfume I wanted was on the counter across from hers. Was told I had to get a refund on to my card. They write a refund note(!). I'm sent to the bed department on the basement floor with the note. The guy puts it through the machine and prints the refund receipt. I go back upstairs. I purchase the perfume I wanted from the counter across from my initial one. The whole process takes about 10 mins.

They really need to come into the 21st century....
