Eve Club
About Eve Club
The name ring any bells? The original Eve Club opened its doors in 1953 at 189 Regent Street and in the sip of a cocktail established itself as hotbed of history. The meeting of Christine Keeler and John Profumo there in the early sixties started the Profumo Affair; the one and only Frank Sinatra was a regular when in town, and Judy Garland made her last London performance there. The bad news is that the club closed in January 2003. But here’s the good news - a stunning new Eve Club in opened in October, a very short limo ride away on New Burlington Street. The 50s kitsch remains but is now juxtaposed by an oh-so-Noughties sophistication. The pieces de la resistance are the magnificent illuminated ice sculptured bar, and the most stunning luminous glass dance floor in town. Impress your friends further by hiring the Garden of Eden VIP area, shaded by the infamous forbidden apple tree (yes, it’s real). Throw in a state-of-the-art-sound system and funky bar staff and you have the perfect venue for launches, showcases, wrap parties, birthdays...
