- Soup of the day made with fresh market produce- Twice baked souffle of courgette and Blackstick blue cheese
- Sashimi of tuna with pickled ginger and cucumber

- Grilled swordfish with roasted radicchio, Californian pepper grass and balsamic dressing- Thin pasta with spinach, radicchio, onion, garlic, tomatoes, pine nuts, chopped herbs and parmesan
- Honey glazed confit of duck leg with a frisee and blood orange salad
