Notting Hill Brasserie
About Notting Hill Brasserie
Converted from three Victorian terrace houses, the Notting Hill Brasserie is a homely neighbourhood restaurant during the week, when local residents and celebrities feel blissfully at home amongst the modern African art, the luxurious custom-made armchairs, classical décor, the subtle lighting and the nightly live blues and jazz in the cocktail bar that filters gently through to the restaurant. They’re also rather partial to the extensive classic and exotic cocktail list, served by talented and charming mixologists, and the very high quality modern Mediterranean menu. In a mouthful, the sautéed scallops and the beef roasted in a salt crust are what the Notting Hill Brasserie is all about. At weekends it becomes more of a destination restaurant attracting discerning individuals who appreciate the genuine occasion so impeccably provided here. Everything is just (perfectly) so - the décor, the atmosphere, the staff, the food and drink, the location - nothing has been left to chance. The result? A genuinely special place that effortlessly makes you feel pretty special too.
