Decorated with red crystal chandeliers, plush carpets and dark wood panelled walls, Flame is channelling Scarface-chic at its very best and the international menu is guaranteed to please. Signature dishes include the Empire burgers served USA style in rustic sourdough buns with dill pickles, Monterey Jack cheese and bacon; the paella with calamari, shrimps, chicken and chorizo; and the creamy raspberry panna cotta for dessert.
