The Wet Fish Cafe
About The Wet Fish Cafe
This eclectic café, set in one of London’s old ’wet fish’ shops on the historic West End Lane in Hampstead, is the perfect setting for cosy, romantic meals. With original Art Deco wall tiles and a warm, neighbourly atmosphere, The Wet Fish Café is a hit with artsy West Hampstead locals who enjoy good jazz, cocktails and seafood - and the dining room has free wi-fi making it a busy place for working lunches. The seasonal menu is organic where possible, and Wet Fish Café classics include the sharing platter of prawns, grilled chorizo, caramelised red onions, marinated olives, honeyed figs, smoked cheddar, apricots and walnut bread; the tagliatelle with butternut squash and sage; and the rhubarb, ginger and almond crumble.
