The minimalist dining room - with glass-top tables, flowerpots and candelabras - is punctuated with stunning designer patchwork furniture from Squint Limited, giving the restaurant a colourful, trendy atmosphere. Dining here is a treat for your tastebuds, and we highly recommend the Assiette of suckling pig with crackling, celeriac, apples and grain mustard; the pea and crab mousse with marjoram, poached crayfish and bisque foam; and the monkfish tail with English asparagus, purple potatoes, broad beans and citrus dressing.
