- Char grilled chicken breast paillard with sautéed new potatoes with crispy pancetta and parmesan
- CharGrilled Rib eye steak with spinach and garlic mash potato, grilled vine cherry tomato and Portobello mushroom
- Lamb cutlets stuffed with foie gras, coated in rosemary herb crust, with aromatic buttered baby vegetable and a juniper and red wine sauce
