About La Grenadine
Its location on Hollywood Road, signature red awning and famously hearty portions of classic modern European cuisine have ensured La Grenadine’s legendary status on the Chelsea restaurant scene since President Jimmy Carter dined here in the 70s. The dining room - with its warm colours, elegant décor and intimate ambience - feels just like a classic Parisian bistro. Favourite dishes include the pan-fried sea scallops served with pea purée and crispy pancetta; the La Grenadine tagine - a Moroccan dish prepared with chicken or fish, served cinnamon and coriander cous cous; and the delicious, traditional crème caramel. In true European style, there is an enclosed back garden for smokers, and an extensive wine list that will impress even the most serious connoisseurs.
