T'is the season to be Jolly, so it's said by those who count winter foliage as acceptable hall décor in the Christmas period, and what better way to celebrate that than with a jolly over to the Jolly Hotel? Their corporate Christmas parties offer a traditional Christmas menu with wine, pies, cakes and decorations, whilst seasonal lunches and dinners are available all through December with the option to indulge in luxury canapés and tell Father Christmas exactly what you think of him all thrown in. The Jolly Hotel are happy to tailor make packages to suit your specific requirements also. Well, its' Christmas, isn't it?
Christmas menu
Starter
- Fresh and smoked Scottish salmon tartare in basil cream served with marinated prawns in fresh lime juice- Aromatic smoked breast of chicken with pearl barley and vegetable timbale topped with taleggio fondue and balsamic vinegar
- Cream of tomato soup with garlic and rosemary croutons
Main Course
- Roasted turkey with brandy and chestnut,pigs in blanket served with Brussels' sprouts carrots and roast potatoes
- Rib eye steak in a bacon and mushroom sauce, served with roast potatoes and a selection of vegetables
- Fillet of sea bass in a Mediterranean sauce served with new potatoes and a selection of vegetables
- Mascarpone and mushrooms lasagna

Chocolate mousse with creamy vanilla heartor
Raspberry and passion fruit bavaroise
