Aberdeen Angus Steak House in the epicenter of London's Theatreland, Shaftesbury Avenue, has location location location for pre-theatre or post-sightseeing nosh. In 1976 this chain was London's first branded restaurant, possibly serving London's first branded cows. Its style has modernized over the years but still features rare beef red leather banquettes, walls and upholstery with beef-themed prints. The menu is brilliant for carnivores, with seven cuts of steaks in various weights, though vegetarians have their own lasagne and nut roast. Good children's menu and killer desserts.
