- Roasted baby pepper and crispy artichoke heart salad with marinated boccancini and herbed balsamic dressing.- Mediterranean vegetable and herb cream cheese gateau with a tomato remoulade and beetroot puree.

- Roast sirloin of north Devon beef topped with a garlic and English mustard crust and served with chateau potatoes and red wine sauce.- Roasted baby peppers served on a spinach and sweet shallot tart with a herb infused balsamic reduction
