From the 586 capacity Silver Sturgeon to the Queen's own Royal Nore with space for just thirty carefully chosen guests, the level of food and service is extraordinarily high with menus prepared exclusively by Rhubarb on the River.Tables can be booked individually for special events including the classic Veuve Clicquot Cruise.
On board the Silver Sturgeon, the Veuve Clicquot Cruise is a glamorous meander down the river in the company of fine champagne and excellent food. Step aboard at Savoy Pier on Victoria Embankment and sip a glass of bubbly on the sun deck as the vessel takes in spectacular views from Westminster to Greenwich and back again. Dine on a delicious three course affair complemented by fine wines carefully chosen by Silver Fleet's own sommelier

Starter
- Cream of English cauliflower velouté, with a shared dish of accompaniments to include:- Tiny croûtons
- Small thin cheese straws
- Crisp fried sage leaves
"Rhubarb’s" house baked breads and unsalted butter
Main Course
- Roasted rump of lamb with a Dijon and parsley persillade, colcannon potato cake, fine green beans, pot roasted winter root vegetables and cumberland jus- Courgette dauphinoise, white bean purée, confit of garlic, rich tomato and rosemary jus
Dessert
- Warm plum clafoutis with rosemary ice cream, with an individual jug of blackberry jus- "Rhubarb’s" homemade petits fours

The Silver Sturgeon will be moored at Savoy Pier, beside Cleopatra's Needle, at 11:30am for a Verve Cliquot Champagne reception, followed by a three course lunch at your reserved table accompanied by London's dramatic riverscape and specially selected Layton's wines - the cruise will return to Savoy Pier at 2:30pm, disembarking by 3pm.
