14th June to 31st July 2007 will be the 7th successive summer where we have had the opportunity to construct a superb marquee facility within the gardens of The Royal Hospital, Chelsea, the home of the Chelsea Flower Show. Our marquee will be situated within the secluded Middle Lawn of Ranelagh Gardens. This private garden in the heart of London is a delightful setting, and, combined with delicious food and drink, will create an event to remember.The Conservatory has been designed to suit a range of events and is ideal for:

Seated Lunch / Dinner Menu
Starter
- Mango and dill marinated gravadlax of Scottish salmon with a watercress, beetroot leaf and mizuna salad- Salad Of Serrano Ham, Mozzarella And Caramelised Figs with a sundried tomato and basil oil dressing
- Chilled summer asparagus with vine ripened tomatoes and a English herb salsa (V)
Main Course
- Seared marinated rump of New Zealand lamb on crushed new potatoes and red pesto with seared courgettes and a rosemary scented tomato jus- Asian Marinated Breast Of Chicken On A Bed Of Fennel And Bok Choy with a five spice chicken jus
- Mille feuille layered with seared Mediterranean vegetables and drizzled with a tomato and basil sauce (V)
