- Crepes filled with artichokes, baby spinach, leeks and Gruyère accompanied with a light tomato salsa
- Goats cheese and caramelized onion tart with a hazelnut crust and watercress pesto
- Oriental vegetable kebabs - cherry tomatoes, courgettes, onion, tofu and red peppers with pilaf of rice, and cashew and coriander sauce
