In days gone by, Mon Plaisir in Monmouth Street was frequented by a slighty louche artistic crowd and it claims to be London's longest surviving French restaurant. Mon Plaisir represents an oasis of old Covent Garden amidst the tourists and chain stores. Efficient waiters, consistently good trad french fare and still one of the best attracting everyone from tourists to celebs.
