The Comedy Store - the spiritual home of stand-up - is where it all began over more than two decades ago, when the club was located in its original venue above a strip club in Soho. It later moved to Leicester Square and moved again to its present location in Oxendon Street - now one of the largest comedy venues in the country. Most of the key players in the British comedy movement have played at the Comedy Store, and many continue to do so, often using the venue as a warm up for an imminent tour. Great for new talent as well.
