How to tell us about an error on the site

We strive to maintain the highest editorial standards at all times. However London is a huge city and is constantly changing, so from time to time some of the information on our website is bound to become out-dated and errors may arise.

An error button is on every page

We have come up with a very simple way for you to inform us of an error on one of our pages.

At the bottom of every page on London Online is a button which looks like the one below. There's even one on this page!



So, if you notice an error on a particular page, simply click on the button at the bottom of that page and you will be prompted to give details about the error. We can then see at a glance which errors correspond to which page and make the necessary changes.
