Edgware

Edgware Middlesex. a village about 8 miles from London. Edgware is said to have contained the blacksmith's shop that gave Handel the idea of the "harmonious Blacksmith," and in Whit. church, a short distance from Edgware, is the organ which Handel played on (1718. 21).
